Who is Coach Ozzy?

Osvaldo Carpio also known as Coach Ozzy joined the United States Navy at the age of 19 he served in the Navy for 22 years and retired at the age of 40 as a Chief. He started HealthNlife Carpio to help and give back to others in the community. He is someone who is known in the community for his generous deeds and being a helpful hand.

GROUP TRAINING

Here at HealthNLife we help one another achieve their long and short term goals. Our Warriors range from ages 7 years old to 80 years old. All of our Warriors have become close over time and have supported them throughout their journey to a healthy life.
